Shards of broken porcelain and pottery set in fine silver. I was fortunate to come into possession of some beautiful antique Asian pottery.

Copper and Fine Silver Pendant
Heculean Snake Torque Bracelet
This was a special order. I was to copy and enhance the design of an ancient gold bracelet found on the "Ring Lady" near Mt Vesuvius. This piece is bronze with copper embellishments.

A single bead in fine silver. I like to call this a whirligig. It is a long-time favorite of mine!

This pendant is on a copper base with a bronze and copper center.
It was an assignment for my Hadar Jacoboson Accreditation.

A rock bead in steel and inlaid with bronze. This was a fun piece to make. I love the rich look of the steel and the bronze inlay adds color and depth. Steel is surprisingly lightweight, making it a comfortable and fun piece to wear.
Another Koi Pendant!
I am having a lot of fun creating different ways to use my koi. This is a hinged pendant with a hand drawn texture on the back. I am working on new bails for the pendants as well.
Koi Box
This was an exercise in hinge building. I am pleased with the result and love that I created all the texture with my own drawings and my koi mold. I first drew the design, then transferred it to the styrofoam board called Scratchfoam. After it was transferred to the Scratchfoam I embossed the design creating an original texture plate all my own. Such a great tool!
Koi Koi Koi...

How many ways can I use my koi?
This pendant is fine silver with a 24 karat gold overlay on the koi.
I strung this with peridot beads and created a koi toggle to match!
This piece is sold.
Island LiliesHere is a piece I made from a photo I took in Hawaii. This was a Holly Gage technique where I transferred the image onto flexible polymer clay and carved the detail creating a repousse texture plate. After I stamped the metal clay with the embossed plate, I hand carved more detail and added 24 karat gold to it. The toggle was made in Bronze and the whole piece is strung with seed pearls.

Bangles!

My latest passion, Bronze Bangle Bracelets! I love wearing these and making them. I sold the wood textured one on the right and I missed it so much that I made myself another.
Koi Pendant

This hand carved bronze pendant is strung with Tourmaline beads and is finished off with a carved bronze toggle. It is patinaed and laquered to preserve the color.
Newts!

For these tiny newts, I carved a master and then had them molded and cast in sterling silver to make them cost effective. They are about 2 inches long. I created these after my fellow docents at the Bouverie Wildlife Preserve bemoaned the fact that they could not find newt (our little mascot) earrings.
Problem solved!
Beads, Beads, Beads

Making beads is a rewarding process. These are what I call "lentil" beads, "rock" beads and "tube" beads. They are in fine silver, bronze, and copper.
Special Order Keepsake Bracelet

My client requested a keepsake bracelet made from molds of her deceased parent's buttons and cufflinks. What a wonderful way to remember your loved ones!
Keepsake Earrings

And, for Christmas her husband ordered matching earrings!
Bronze and Pearl Woodland Earrings

The bronze earrings are strung with pillow pearls. To create these, I made a mold from little acorn caps. This gave the interior of the piece an unusual fine grained texture.
Riparian Brooch and Box

A little newt graces this fine silver brooch that also doubles as a lid for the enameled box. If you look closely you will notice my newt is guarding a lovely tourmaline cabachon. The pin back is hand forged of sterling silver.

And, here is the box closed!
The Original Riparian Box

A bronze newt and oak leaves grace the lid of the copper box.
Open Box

The floor of this box is set with clear faceted stones to give it a little creek- like sparkle!
Woodland Flora Bracelet with "nubby" links

This copper and fine silver bracelet is linked with silver wire and finished with a silver clasp.
Carnelian Earrings

Bezel set Carnelian cabachons enhanced with a technique called "slip trailing".
I love the "watery" look this technique creates.

Barn Box

Fine silver box, 2" x 1". This fantasy box was built with metal clay and enhanced by attaching individually cut pieces of paper clay and defined with syringe clay. So much fun to make!
Woodland Flora Bracelet

Fine silver with sterling silver hinges and argentium clasp. The images are embossed with small flowers and ferns from my garden.
Hearts Akimbo Bracelet

A fine silver bracelet with lab grown precious stones and strung on soft flex wire. The clasp is sterling silver and the place beads are swarosky crystals. The original mold was taken from an antique button.
Green Man Pendant

My Green Man is bronze with copper leaves. Imagine my thrill when I pulled him out of the kiln and found he had actually fired green! Magic!!
Amber Pendant

This fine silver pendant is set with a beautiful piece of amber. The pendant was hand carved. The back resembles a piece of bark with the golden amber showing through.
Grandma's Button

This fine silver pendant is strung on copper colored "soft flex" with antique beads and is set with peridots. I made a mold of a beautiful antique button and enhanced the design by carving new detail. I have domed the front and the back is flat.
Another pendant from Grandma's button collection

Red lab grown stones grace this fine silver pendant made from a mold of another antique button. As with all of my work, I have carved detail into the original design to make this a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art.
Enameled Pendant

The truth is ..... this is my very first piece of enameling. I fell in love with the process!
A Special Order

A dozen Cthulu Cufflinks!
